- Door structure: MTA–B23 autoclave adopts a automatic door with locking device, The system is based on a screw and a self–aligning nut It is could quick and convenient to operate, and effectively protects the human body and prevents bums.
- Vacuum system: It adopts high–efficiency fully automatic microprocessor controlled horizontal steam sterilizer high speed pre & post vacuum treatment, low working noise, ultimate vacuum can reach more than – 80KPa, fast pumping speed, good dryness of items, and more thorough sterilization.
- Diversified procedures: There are fast procedures, encapsulation procedures, rubber procedures, dressing procedures, liquid procedures, liquid customization, solid customization and other procedures, as well as B&D, vacuum testing procedures, and appointment procedures.
- High–efficiency air filter: 0.22pm sterilizing high–efficiency air filter, the filtration efficiency is not less than 99.5%, to ensure that the vacuum–breaking air is sterile air, and to avoid re–contamination of sterile materials.
- Recording device: The equipment is equipped with a thermal printer and USB interface as standard, which can record the data of the entire sterilization process in real time.
- Other functions: Automatic operation of the whole process of preheating, replacement, heating, sterilization, exhaust steam, and vacuum drying.
- Sterilizer‘s framework, piping and housing is made up of stainless–steel quality & equipped with a diaphragm vacuum pump, combined with a heat Exchanger
